Students were in charge of choosing the topics for their assignments. Usually they picked themes related to friends, family, romance, hobbies, and dream jobs.
Students were introduced to a variety of mobile apps and software that they later used to develop assignments or simply explore on their own time.
The virtual aspect of the project was self paced and self directed. Students were guided and trained in the usage of technology, but the weekly projects were of their creation based on their preferences.
